This course is designed to teach the Real Estate Professional the basics of Buyer Agency. This course has three parts, an in depth discussion of the laws of Agency, the differences between Buyer’s, Seller’s, Dual and designated agents as well as the responsibilities of all three. The second part is a discussion on Why Buyer Broker, convincing the Buyer to sign an exclusive contract. The third part is details on how a Buyer Agent properly represents his clients’ best interest.
